Not much time but here goes the short answer:
1- Welcome!
2-unplug all heat sources until you have a thermoSTAT for each one (get acurite digital thermometers/hygrometers as well). Bump heat up in the room until then or something. Jumpstart thermostats work fine, like 30 bucks on Amazon
3-See and exotic vet that specializes in snakes for that other stuff going on. Also, snake seems to be in blue/shed based on last pic but might be the lighting. Which leads me to...
4- Humidity should be at 60%, up to 70% when in shed. Your tank size is probably fine for now but impossible to keep up humidity in glass without modifications. Cover the top screen with tinfoil and duct tape (NO TAPE INSIDE ENCLOSURE), cut out air holes 2"x2" into the foil and mist daily
5-Read all the husbandry stickies and care sheets lot of important info there.
