yes, this was something we used to all discuss back on the kingsnake boa forums. That's how I won my hog isle from Gus actually, he did a survey for what people would think is an ideal example from either Suri or Guyana and then did a random drawing of all the respondents. General thoughts were Suris were more pink with sharper peaks and Guyanas were more purple with rounded peaks as well as a few other differences. Lots of boas would cross the 'border' and be exported from Suri as that was generally the more desirable of the localities. This was before it was generally considered the same and people started calling Northern Shield boas as it's basically all the same area.Originally Posted by Gio
