What kind of incubator are you using? And how are the eggs situated? I've always used moist vermiculite & planted the eggs about 2/3 of the
way in the vermiculite. And yes, covered the container tightly with plastic wrap, then poked several pin holes in the plastic for ventilation. The
moisture should NOT condense on the plastic...if it does, it's too moist & it can drip on & drown the eggs. Eggs that "wrinkle" (cave in) a little
will normally plump back up if the humidity is raised soon enough. Unless they are non-viable...did you candle them?
