    what type of humidifier would you suggest for my room...my levels are low and i want to try a cheap humidifier

    How big is the room? How sealed/ventilated? Do you have qa warm and cool hide for yourself (harhar i know)

    Why do you think you need a humidifier? Why not use a humid hide? They are cheap, work much better, and allow your snake to choose how humid it wants to be.

    the humidity is consistanly around 40%...i was hoping to up it using a humidifier

    Have you considered humid hides at all? 40% will be fine as long as your snake has a place to go within the enclosure that has the proper humidity.

    if you choose to get a humidifier i would get a small one that uses a heat element and delivers warm moist air not cool. a 20.00 one from walmart should work fine. just remember to not get everything too humid. i try to stay between 50-65% in my herp room. above this and mold and mildew will grow.
