Good treats, but not a staple.

Beardies are smart and can be picky if you give them their favorites too much, they often hold out.

My geckos are a little like that too. They eat Dubai roaches, but prefer mealworms, so I mix it up for them without giving too many mealworms without some Dubai.

Wax worms are gecko crack and I give them maybe every two months as a snack. They would hold out for those guys for sure, but they have little nutritional value.
