Hog Isle is a dwarf locality. They do not have morphs themselves although some appear to be hypo. Albino genetics are found in multiple different boa localities the most common being the Kahl or original strain and the Sharp strain, both of which originate from Colombian locality, boas known as Colombian boas or Common boas.
You may want to ask the seller/breeder to clarify what was the pairing that is producing the baby you are looking at getting. I assume it's a hog isle x albino colombian?
Hog isle crosses tend to hit the middle of the size range although boas in general can vary quite a bit. Expect a 6' or so boa when full grown IMO. I'm not sure if there was most specific information you are looking for?
good luck with your new little one! boas are great!
edit to add - most people will use the spelling 'Hogg' with 2 'g's to signify the animal is a locality cross. just fyi
He didn't say specifics but here's a pic of the babies
