Thanks so much for the nice words. To me he sure is unique. His back markings are in a perfect row and I love the tail spot. But what sold me was his head matched his body. I feel like you rarely see that usually the head is darker at least from the many I looked at.
Pretty Fly took his first mouse for me last night... def a relief when they eat that first offering!
he was a bit apprehensive... he came from a breeder in a rack so I’m not sure if it’s the difference from the top down approach vs my front opening door.
He was out and about similar to Leslie the night before and I was feeding thunder so he got his as well. When I went to offer on the tongs he bolted a little and balled. Then he quickly came out and started to pop up a bit I danced the mouse a little and Gave it a slight toss thinking maybe he wanted to take it on his own. He went right to it and struck but didn’t coil. I thought he just grabbed it and was going to start taking it down. I came back about 30 min later and he was staring at it and I was like oh no. I let him be and it was gone this am so I guess he just needed to adjust and do it at his own pace.
Just wanted to post some updates pics of Fly.... he sure is a stunner. I know I am bias since I own him and all but I find him to be unlike any other... very happy he’s mine !!!
