again I will say...with over 1600 stores you may have issues with 1%of them when you look at the numbers. Does that mean they all are bad...no. Just like breeders...one or two or even 4 get called out so let's close every breeding facility. It needs to be a case by case basis. The store in Nashville...absolutely close or fire everyone! But because a Nashville store and a Florida store messed up doesn't mean I need to suffer for stupid ones.

1%? I would guess more like 30-40% have problems with proper care, just based off what i have seen. But I honestly have no idea on a nationwide scale
