Hi everyone,
Hope you are all having a good weekend.
I need some help. What is the best, and most secure way of positioning the thermostat probe to read the temp of the ceramic bulb?
I have a 3ft wooden & glass front viv for my young boa.
The ceramic bulb has the round heat guard. How and where do you position the probe exactly? The thought of the probe slipping would cause me great anxiety, as I know that would be a disaster. I also know that tape is a big no-no.
Any suggestions please?
Also, I will have to keep an eye on humidity. Is it okay to spray the walls of the wooden viv, as well as the hide and (forest bark) substrate? Or will it cause the wooden sides to eventually perish? It dries so fast anyway.
I also have sphagnum moss.
Thanks guys.
