    yeah there's a big difference between a distributor and the guy in a trench coat selling Rolexe's. for example, at the mall there's the official Apple store (RBI in this example). in the same mall u can have Best Buy (LLLreptiles in this example) that sell Apple products and like 90-something% of the time there are no problems. then there's the guy in the parking lot hawking iPads from the trunk of his car and you're probably gonna have problems w/ his deal. i've ordered from LLL w/ no problems. they also vend live animals and supplies and bring a big show to our reptile expos as well. mistakes do happen but it becomes an issue if they don't take care of the customer or intentionally sell false/misleading products.
