How much does he weigh and what size did you feed? You may need to skip next weeks feeding if it was too big.

He is 250 grams. Was a 60 gram rat.
He is always looking for more but not tonight. He is curled up in his warm hide

He should be on pups and that was a small rat. I would wait two weeks to feed again. That's more than twice his weigh in food size. And do not handle him for 5 days. It will take him longer to digest and he should stay in his warm hide for longer too.
What do other people think?

I say thats over double the size for a 250 gram Ball. Usually 20grams to 30 max.

smaller rats, just fully furred, but still young and small. I think they are called "weaned rats"

Yup, way too big.
Prey size= 10-15% of the snakes body weight. Not 25%
