Re: Got off on the wrong foot
That is the first time I've ever seen a setup with all that plumbing. I simply use damp sorghum moss to regulate my humidity.
As a side note, I would cover 3 sides of that tank so your snake will feel less exposed.

Re: Got off on the wrong foot
I skimmed the original post. Excuse me if I missed it but are you using Heat Lamps for both Hot Hide and Cool Ambient? Trying to think of how to help with the misting issue. When i mist in my enclosure my Tstat probes get a false reading and crank the heat.. So I assume thats what your experiencing. If you were using a UTH it would be a simple fix as the probe stays outside the tank.. If your only using the Lamps id say your not going to find protection from the mist in that small of a confined area unless you build a PVC bell (like the lamp housings) around the probes attached to the plumbing you designed.
I can tell you within a month though when that snake is real comfortable with its surroundings its going to use all that at night as a Jungle Gym.. Mine are starting to "BOW" the 1.5" PVC pipes i use for them to climb on because they are 4' length pipes. Something to think about.

That thread was locked, so you'd have to start a new thread to get feedback

Don't get discouraged. Your question might be getting overlooked.

I see people on this thread offering help.
I see an over done enclosure and an uneven temper.
A lot of the members have been here a long time, consider this place a second home and love their animals like family....
So when you tell an entire community to kiss off and hope their animals die........ Its kind of hard to justify posting that for any reason.

Look we want your snake to be happy and healthy.
However, your attitude is really terrible. I posted on the first post and saw what you said, and commented back (which I normally do not do). I decided to read this thread for the well being of your snake, and consider giving you a second chance.
This forum is voluntary and many users take a lot of time to share their knowledge and help people like you, as well as each other. We do it for the love of the hobby and our, and other peoples' animals. Your post has been up for 29 hours and you have a bunch of responses. I'd say that is pretty good considering your behavior in the old post. To expect to have everything figured out in a day may be unreasonable, even if you hadn't "burned your place here," as you said.
Now, trying to help, and ignoring your comment that you might have to go elsewhere, please read below.
As mentioned here:
Humidifier will throw off temps - try other ways to increase and keep humidity.
Am I correct that you are waiting for a temp gun? Therefore you only know what the temps is from air temp/thermostat probe, etc? You really need a temp gun to make accurate adjustments and make sure that your tank is providing proper and safe temps for your snake.
Air temp and surface temp and probe temp are all going to be different. When does your temp gun come? That would be very helpful in helping to figure temps out. We do not even know what they really are right now.
Finally, not sure the plumbing system, as cool as it might be, is best. Many people try to keep as few things in a tank as possible. That means fewer things to get messed with by the snake.
Can you please comment on if you took any of the above advice and when your temp gun is coming. Your thoughts would be helpful too, not just pictures.

Again sorry Just anxious to make this right. Temp gun will be here tomorrow. I just walked in the door and found him exploring for the first time. The rank is regulated with a uth on the hos side with a regulator controlling the temp at 90. The probe for that is attached is Underneath the tank inside the tank is is another probe that controls the che which is also set at 90 next to that probe is my thermometer probe telling me what the temp is down at ground level with the snake. In the middle of the tank is a zoomed hydrotherm monitor telling me the rh and middle tank temp as well as controling the humidity . The humidifier drops its mist on the cool side. On the cool side is just a probe telli g me the temp at ground level. I am using a 5.0 reptisun tropical light in a 150 watt deep dome. My che is a 250 watt in a 300 watt dome bud is being controled by a zoo med temp controller

This is how I learned everything about keeping my snakes healthy... research.
This forum has a "search" function. I can simply type in whatever I am looking for, and read page after page of forum discussions on the topic. There are also "sections" on husbandry, or other specifics. In those subforum sections, there are "stickies" which are basically a FAQ type of thread, that get referred to over and over.
I started keeping ball pythons 2 years ago, and I have spent literally hundreds of hours reading about ball pythons, husbandry, feeding, heating, humidity, hides, enclosures, breeding, incubating, pooping, you name it. I know for a fact I have spent hundreds of hours sitting on the couch reading about this stuff, using the search forum function and simply reading the threads that interest me. Now granted, I occasionally posted a question to get more specific advice aimed at my particular need, but for the most part, 90% of my posts are actually helping, answering and discussing ball pythons, because I love them!
I am continually amazed about how lazy the majority of people are on the internet. They can't take 30 minutes of their life to do some very easy online research, but instead want all the information spoon-fed to them. Every day we get a new member posting a new thread like: "HELP, my ball python won't eat!!!"
There are hundreds, if not thousands of the same posts over and over and over again! I personally find it ridiculous that people can't just skim through the other 5000 threads that have already have ALL THE POSSIBLE ANSWERS they could ever need. Somehow, they cannot find the time or effort to do a quick search, or to do some reading, but instead just join up, don't do any research at all, and then post, "HELP with my setup." "What size prey should I be feeding?" etc, etc, etc.
Now, granted, this is a social/information forum and all such questions are welcome and almost always get answered by experienced, knowledgeable members. However, in your particular case, you have been belligerent and disrespectful to the community right out of the gate, so it would probably be wise, to lay low and just use the forum as a research tool, instead of asking for spoon fed advice from people who aren't getting paid to help you, and might not want to freely interact with such a trollish attitude, when they might have better things to do with their time.
Just my 2 cents.

Sounds like things are not terrible right now temp wise.
However. We won’t know for sure until you get the temp gun.
I would still consider removing the humidifier and plumbing.
See how much the temps are changing with the mist when the heat gun comes.
Consistent temps are much better than fluctuating temps.
Once you know your temps for sure, you will be able to make informed decisions.
If you want to advise after you know the temps with the temp gun, feel free.
That will also give everyone time to cam down.
After this thread, as Godzilla78 said, do your best to research more and ask less.
Check both your attitude and expectations at the door if you do post again.
Not many people get three chances.
Good luck.
