I wouldn't remove it. They love to climb on them and these plants are quite robust.
If you're too worried, give her a little a branch she can use to climb the plant. It'll help to keep her stable. You can also offer a few more climbing spots. Maybe then she'll choose not to climb on the plant.
My ball python climbs these plants all the time. Sometimes I hear some rustling at night and then I see him hanging out on top of the plant (40 cm in the air). He has never fallen off. The last time he caught him was only a few days ago. I took a photo of him (if I find it, I'll post it here but it's not the best quality).
