    Even if your beardie is trying to brumate, you'd want to at least get a checkup before as this can ensure parasite levels are low. If parasite levels are high your beardie could become sick during brumation and pass. I do 2x checkups per year - Fall & Spring, just to make sure everything's ok. It can take a while before these guys show signs of illness, so it's nice to keep occasional checkups as part of your maintenance.

    In your case, these symptoms are a clear sign that she's ill. So I'd get her in immediately. You'd want her poop to be regular and her urate to be nice and white. Do you have a good reptile vet nearby?

    Also, make sure you're changing her UVB every 6 months whether it's giving off light or not. And her basking temps are important- so ensure those are right.
