My brother has a male KSB that he's had for about a year now (as of Feb 18th). He keeps him in a 10-gal and while I don't know the exact temps, I know that it's within the required range. He keeps him on sand, which hasn't been a problem because he feeds him in a separate container. He's shed at least 3 (4 maybe) times since we've gotten him and each shed has been perfect, no problems. But now, the shed seems stuck at his neck and won't budge at all. I would normally assist a rough shedding process with passive rubbing and warm water, as I do with my BP's, but being a juvenile male KSB, I'm not quite sure what to do.
