Different bps, different feel

Has anyone else noticed that their snakes have different feels when you hold them. Some feel more firm, other almost squishy, some are more smooth than others.
I just mention this because one of my girls seems to be far softer and more smooth than the others. She might have a slower metabolism and keeps a layer of fat on her even though she gets fed the same as the others. Though she’s had that feel since she was only a couple hundred grams getting fed ~10%bodyweight once per week. Now she gets fed about 6% once per week, that every now and then is stretched to 10 days. It’s weird that she is so much more squishy than the others.

Some snakes are just more relaxed than others. My pied is like putty in my hands. Most of my girls are firmer. One girl in particular is skittish, so whenever I have her out her body feels hard. Probably because she's stressed and tensing her muscles. I'm sure fat percentage plays into it too, but most of my snakes have similar proportions, so I think most of the variation between individuals in my collection is due to temperament and muscle tension.

The skin feel can be different from snake to snake too. I've noticed that sometimes it's a good indicator of how much humidity they're getting. They're typically nice and smooth, but from time to time I notice a rougher feel to their scales. It's usually because the humidity has dropped or they're about to go into shed.

My piebald has extremely smooth, soft scales. My hatchling killer-piebald is smooth scaled also, and he is a bit fat, so he feels a bit squishy. It is like most animals, leaner animals feel harder as they are mostly muscle. Fattier animals feel more squishy. Like people for example.
