My bp recently got mites. I was given this spray to spray her and her tank down with. I was told to spray her tank every other day for a week. So should I take out the snake when I spray it? And if so how long should I wait before I put her back in there?

I only use p.a.m and natural chem reptile spray I believe it is. Best combination hands down

I might be wrong since I really don't have any experience with mites but wouldn't it be best to put the snake into quarantine (https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...antine-process). If you have other snakes, it will keep them from catching the mites as well.
You could also treat the snake and the enclosure without any problems and you could keep a close watch on the mites since you can see them on paper towel and newspaper.

If someone gave you a can of PAM be sure not to spray it directly on your snake or get it in the snakes water or it will kill the snake. You can wipe the snake down with Natural Reptile Spray but don't do it too often, I almost killed a snake wiping it down every day with that stuff. It's best to remove the water, spray lightly with PAM, let it dry out a bit before putting your snake and water back in.

Mites will crawl all over the room and get on the carpet and walls and floors and even on your clothes. That's what makes them hard to kill, you kill all the ones in the cage and a few days later a stray mite crawls back into the cage. It's best to vacuum and dust the room every day when treating.

It says on the bottle it can also be used for fleas on dogs in shampoo(along with insecticides) so that leads me to believe it can’t be harmful for the snake

Reptiles are completely different from mammals. Be careful assuming anything is safe for your snake. I'd say better safe than sorry if it's not specifically recommended or highly trusted for snakes or reptiles.

Most dog flea products have phenothrin or fipronil (frontline) so Im not sure either is safe for snakes

Well since it says on the bottle not to let reptiles breathe vapors I would say that is a clear indicator you are not to use it in direct contact with your snake.
