My first snake was a juvenile/almost yearling Rosy Boa from a small pets type pet store. Got her Mother's Day weekend, 1997, I named her Kira, as I was a DS9 fan, and she bit me the very first night I had her. Other than going through like a five-year nippy phase as a youngster, she's been a really easy keeperUnless something goes very wrong, I expect her to turn 22 sometime this fall
