At 10 grams all you need are regular sized pinkies no need for extra small (extra small are usually hours old whereas the others are 1 to 4 days old).
If some appear too big because there is always variance in a bag use the biggest one last, and keep in mind that hognose are capable of eating a prey up to 1.5 times their girth size.
