Never use lysol to clean a reptile cage. There are reptile safe cleaners you can get at pet stores, F10 products you can get online, or you could even use vinegar and water.

You should not need to, with the exception of having a quarantine cage, have to completely break down the cage and clean except maybe every 6 months. So long as you do not have harmful conditions that breed infection, all you need to do is spot clean to remove waste and substrate around waste and liquid. Either spot clean and scrub decor with cleaning products safe for enclosures or remove them and clean them with soap and water.
