I found hot glue does not work and silicon is like using silly putty - no bueno. What works was a super small dab of super glue on these things after taking the adhesive backing off them

Note: This is a permanent solution. Once you super glue these, they ain't coming off for anything!
That's kind of what I was looking for. The other one I saw was the same concept but it was attached to the enclosure w/ a screw. Appreciate it!
