I use coconut fiber (eco earth) for my bp. You can use a CHE or a UTH. If you can keep that room in the upper 70s I would stick with the UTH as to not dry the air out as much. Humidity should be at 50-60%. The Thermostat probe should be between your UTH and the bottom of your enclosure, bps can get under the substrate and mess with the probe which could screw up temps.
