Thermostat probe should always be outside of the tank- between the UTH and the bottom of the tank. A thermostat probe on the inside is risky, since if the snake lays or pees on it, then it alters the temp and will cause heat spikes. On the outside of the glass, it should be set to about 95 in my experience.

Humidity: you can use foil to cover the rest of the area around the CHE lamp. Also, if you put a folded soaked towel between the glass you have and the screen top, that will boost humidity too.

Just in case- in your "wet hide", be sure the surface/substrate she lays on isn't wet, or it can cause scale rot.
