I would have it on 85 degrees and it would turn off once that temperature has been reached, but it won't turn back on until it reached 80 degrees. It would do this every couple hours, which is really the only thing I could've been that killed the eggs. I know it wasn't humidity or anything else. At this point, I don't know if I should make another using a more reliable thermostat or just buy a factory made one.
Don't use an on/off thermostat. You want your temperature to be as stable as possible.
Pulse or Dimming would be the way to go.
