Morph Market is basically just a giant classified site for breeders of all walks of life to advertise their snakes. There are small hobby sellers and huge commercial breeders that use morph market. So it's not MM you need to be wary of, but rather the individual sellers you're looking at. If you find a snake you're interested in, you can research the individual seller for feedback and reviews. faunaclassifieds.com is a great place to do your homework on breeders.
But to directly answer your question - LOADS of people here have purchased off morph market. Just do your homework first on the breeders.
