That is so minuscule of a light source it won't interfere with a snake in any way.
Snakes can respond to red and blue lights even if their eyes are not the best to process those spectrum or colors but the little low wattage LED lights from an IR camera isn't going to bother them any more than an LED on a TV across the room.
