also i've noticed in your vids that u have one reptile room that u include the housing of both your personal collection and new snakes/animals. u should separate and QT new, unknown animals for the security of your collection and business. u never know what a new animal might bring in with it. just trying to give you feedback and happy herping.
Thanks for the advice/feedback and the understanding. Unfortunately, I have limited room as my daughter has taken over my reptile room.

For RI, I am very cautious as I have a rescue that I am keeping that had severe RI, which had to be treated twice. After vet services from two sources local and UC Davis (I was extra precautions) they said keeping the RI snake in a separate terrarium and far enough so there is no physical contact (i.e. smelling each other through the screen). In addition, wash thoroughly, which I do after handling each snake.

Basically I handle the RI snake on separate days from the rest. Anything she touches outside her terrarium is sterile. I had this snake for almost a year and have not had an RI case pass to another snake.

The new additions are treated for mites, even if they do not have them. I use Provent-A-Mite as well as mite spray.

Believe me, this is one of the debates I had when I decided to start breeding and resale. One part is I could bring harm into my own collection and the other is I could bring harm to a buyers collection.
