It looks like the spot of cloudiness may be related to the dent in her spectacle. This is something that very well may resolve over time & additional sheds. On a couple of rare occasions, I have seen instances of entire spectacle cloudiness in bloods/STPs that resulted from a bacterial issue, but that involved the entire eye and doesn't appear to be the case here.
The black coloration in her iris isn't outside of the realm of normal for this species, and isn't a concern.
