I watched a documentary call "TITANABOA" about the largest known pre-historic serpent ever discovered. It dwarfed the modern green anaconda, much, much bigger, and they suspect it was largely a swimmer like the anacondas.

great recommendation, I saw it last week and it did not disappoint. I don't know how old you guys are but I wish I could still watch shows like O'Shea big adventure. Sadly those type of herp shows are replaced by "reality" tv.
