Just out of curiosity, why both? In speaking with Bob over at ProProducts he indicated the 80w RHP would be plenty for the T10 I ordered. Is the heat tape for backup or do you need it for supplemental heat?
Im curious about this very same question also. I'm going to order the T10 with RHP only also. Hopefully that is enough....I thought I read the lights in it may help a bit also with heating.....

So if you get lighting you really really want only the LED which will not help with heating at all.
I know right now my house gets down to 69 degrees before the heater kicks in. Even without it getting that cold, I like offering a place for my BP to go to when he wants warm heat. I don't use the RHP to heat the warm side so it is used to control ambient heat and provide a slight basking spot in the middle front of the tank. I feel myself heat tape is a wonderful supplemental option for a tank the size of a T10 and I am able to provide excellent husbandry with both options but if you feel it is not needed, don't get it but I really am not sure what it would hurt especially if you are in a cold winter climate where you house gets below 70.
