    New Ball Python

Hey guys. First time posting and jusy gout my dust snake 2 days ago. The guy i got it from said it was about a month old and did not eat last week. He told me to attempt at feeding today and on the first attempt he struck and took it down perfectly. About how long should i wait before attempting to handle him?

After the third successful feeding you have. There is no reason to rush handling a new snake.

three consecutive feedings. your snake will live thirty plus years. three weeks is not that long
