Looks like the VE is slightly cheaper (not sure of shipping) but not really by much. Looks like the difference is $10 (you people write it 10$ don't you?)

Here is the company link for each product

What do you mean by you people? lol. Nah we write it $10.00 the symbol after is more of an european thing. Thanks for the info. I'll have to do a deep dive into VE tstats now. Ocd I have to know the ins amd outs of everything before i purchase it.

you're in BC? lol i thought u were some Southern (US) guy.

u can drive to Seattle, WA (or across the border) and buy one.

or u can buy one from some of these Canadian vendors. i did a quick internets search:

    https://allreptiles.ca/supplies/temp...hermostat.html

    https://shop.cornelsworld.com/produc...mostats/page/2

a Herpstat 1 in Canadian dollars is like $219.99 or $171.69 US. about a $30 premium.

Likely where I will get my thermostat when I upgrade. I bought my snake there and they attend most Toronto area shows, so no shipping. The also sell RHP's.

Not sure how close to Toronto you are but there is a pet show (with lots of reptile content) Nov. 19th and 20th @ the International Centre.

Awesome stuff. I'm probably going to get a few 2's. Can only get one this month but the jumpstarts are good for now.

Don't know why you'd think I'm a southerner lol. It's like a 7 hour drive for me to go to Alaska.

Your talking about the Christmas Pet Expo in Mississauga.. and it is Nov 18 & 19. There won't be a large amount of reptile vendors there but a couple to choose from. This show gears mostly towards the Dog Lovers

I did notice Dino reptiles and a few others on the vendors list.
