    I am going to play around with the probe. Bob at Pro Panels recommended placing the probe on the cool side, and set the temp to what I want for the cool side (I have it set to 80). And then the warm side should be good. I have a regular standard humidity/thermometer on the warm side, to watch those temps and the humidity. Will also use the Infrared Thermometer Gun to check all the temps.
