I assume as you are posting in the ball python section you mean a white ball python correct?
Some more information is needed as it is really difficult to know what is going on without it.
What substrate are you using?
Size of the tank?
What are you using to measure the humidity? Those little stick on analog dials are useless.
Pictures of your tank setup will help a great deal to better see how it is setup.
