Rosy boa tub set up

I'm in Louisiana trying to set up a tub and make sure I have everything right before I buy my first rosy and I was hoping someone could give me a few tips and answer some questions.

I currently have a UTH on a thermostat taped to the underside of my tub. The probe for the thermostat is is between the UTH and bottom of the tub along with a separate probe for a digital thermometer. I set the thermostat to 90°F and I have an accurite on the other end of the tub reading high 70's for the temp and high 50's for the humidity.
I know the humidity is way to much but are the temps okay? (I just plugged this all in now i haven't tweaked anything yet)
I bought aspen bedding and I will be putting alot more holes in my tub. What else can I do to keep humidity low? Is there any safe way to use a CHE with a tub or should I just switch to a tank?

Separate questions
I ordered a temp gun online and I'm thinking of ordering some f10 disinfectant. What other gadgets or items would you recommend I have on hand? Or am I over shopping?
Should I buy my snake first or should I buy my frozen pinkies in bulk before I get the snake?
I think that covers all my immediate questions I hope someone has some input ☺ thanks in advance

temps seem just right to me. Drill some more holes if necessary, and always keep on aspen. If the aspen ever becomes wet, you should remove it and replace it with dry aspen. Buy a couple pinkies just to see how well your rosy feeds first, once you've fed a few times you should be able to go ahead and buy in bulk. I use an apple cider vinegar/soap/and water mixture disinfectant for all my snakes tanks and tubs. Its very easy to make and very affordable, just make sure to spray down with water after to get all the chemicals out of the enclosure before placing your rosy back in by the way, you really did your research. Im pretty impressed, is this your first snake or reptile? or is it just your first rosy boa?

Also I do have to say that F10 isn't really a cleaner. It worthless unless you've cleaned the tank prior to using F10, hope this helps!

Well, there's also the F10scxd that has a detergent in it and actually is a cleaner/sanitizer. But yeah, most people seem to use the F10sc disinfectant. I use both
