Two balls one tub
So I am receiving two baby balls this weekend and I'm not fully prepared or have the finances to set up two completely separate tanks. (This pay that is) but I do have a large underbed tub that I have silicone a divider in. Is this usable for the two baby's?. Of course I will have to add a uth and a thermostat. And if I can use this set up can anyone throw me some pointers all help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you can set them up with one on each side of the divider. Put the UTH under the divider so each baby has access to half the heat pad, and make sure that the lid locks down securely or you will have escapees.
Otherwise they just need hides and water bowls. Hides don't have to be expensive, even loosely-crumpled sheets of clean newspaper will work, and the melamine cat bowls from the dollar stores are undumpable so they work well for snakes.
