    Boa Master??

Hey anyone have one? Im looking at the 30x18x12 for my male bp, how do I heat it? I want to use flex watt but do I need a rhp as well?? And can I run it on a dimmer? If on a t-stat where do I mount it/the prob. I've checked the internet very hard to get answers thanks.

    Re: Boa Master??

I heat my 30x13x12.5 bp tank with a 60 watt ceramic heat emitter and a UTH heat pad. The UTH is on a thermostat and soon the CHE will be as well. The probe for the UTH is taped directly to the heat mat on the outside of the tank, but I have seen others stick the probe between the glass and the pad. The thermostat itself is simply laying next to the tank, not necessarily mounted anywhere. My thermometers, on the other hand, are hanging on both end of the tank.

    Hope this helps

Thanks thats how I have my glass tank set up now and it works great for heat but the boa master has no spot for che. So rhp is going to be the next option just not sure how it all works

Ah ok, I'm not familiar with Boa Master tanks. Anyone else have ideas?
