I told my sister (his previous owner) about it, cause I thought thought she might be interested in finding out, but she said that i must have done it wrong because she had Calliope probed by a breeder that had been breeding for 30 years and he said that Calliope was a girl, but I'm pretty certain about what I saw, so I politely explained to her that I saw it myself and it just doesn't add up that he would be a she. She digressed and said the guy could have been wrong since Calliope was so young at the time but that it was cool to know her first snake was a boy, not a girl.
