Well try just feeding her one first, really after her first three to five meals she should be on small mice or rat fuzzies like the chart says. If you don't think she's getting full on one hopper, try feeding her a small mouse/rat fuzzy next time. Two hoppers probably won't hurt but I always get nervous about feeding more than one prey item.
