Day 48, movement but egg is rotting?

So I noticed the 3 eggs in this clutch were starting to dimple last week, but one was more severe than the rest. Decided to pull the tub and check them out. Noticed that the one that was collapsing faster has what appears to be rot on its shell. It was the point facing the back of the incubator so I never noticed until today. The other 2 look normal.

It's day 48 of incubation (eggs may be older, I didn't notice them in the tub immediately so they could be up to 52 days old). I candled the eggs and saw strong veins and movement in each. Is there anything special I need to do for the egg with rot? Is there a chance it may not make it to hatching?
