Mystic x Cinnamon Pewter Clutch Results

Just wanted to update this thread to show the variation of combinations. This season proved that the 2013 female is a Pewter Mystic. So both the 2013 male and the 2013 female ended up being Pewter Mystics. They look quite different from each other and different from the first couple of Pewter Mystics produced.

Here is a picture of the 2013 Pewter Mystics with their half sister, a 2012 Pewter (I've already posted this picture before, but wanted to label it).


This season we paired the 2013 female Pewter Mystic to a Super Mystic in hopes of proving that the 2013 female Pewter Mystic did indeed carry a Blue Eyed Leucistic gene (we weren't sure if it was Mojave or Mystic). Here are two locks:



Here is the 2013 female Pewter Mystic on her eggs:


Here is the clutch all shed out. It looks like there are 2 Pastel Mystics, 1 Mystic, 1 Cinnamon Mystic, 1 Pastel Super Mystic and 1 Pewter Super Mystic.

Thanks for the update on this pairing. It really shows in a practical way how many have differing opinions on morph combos especially when looking at pictures instead of in person and also how you can't be certain on some without breeding them out. Your update highlights this very well. We can all learn from this.
