I actually just bought an Ultramel female from him a couple weeks ago. He responds promptly to emails and shipped same day as payment. Snake arrived healthy and has been eating consistently. Took a couple feedings to get it used to tongs but now there are no problems. Happy with my purchase. Hope that helps.
