So how do you figure out what % het the offspring will be. If I breed a visual to
a non het what % het will the offspring be? Are they all 100% het pied?

All non visuals are not 100% het pied. Do you know the % of your non visual? The only way to be certain you will get all visuals is to breed a visual to a visual

For any recessive gene pairing, if one is visual and the other does not carry the gene at all, the results for all offspring will be 100% het for the recessive gene.

That's what I was looking for. I have two 100% het pied females. I am
going to get a visual male to pair with them, but also wanted to make some
other 100% het stuff. So if I breed the male to anything I will get 100% het babies, correct? Meaning all of the babies will carry one side of the pied gene. 100% of the babies will be 100% het pied?

That is correct. The visual male will have to pass the recessive gene on to all offspring.

Pied x Normal = Het Pieds
Pied x Het Pied = Het Pieds + Pieds
Het Pied X Het Pied = Normal looking offsprings (considered 66% Het Pied) + Pieds
Het Pied x Normal- Normal looking offsprings considered 50% Het Pied
