Those cricket diet things are pretty much a waste of money. I put a wet paper towel in a jar lid in with them, some crushed up dog food, potatoes, carrots, etc. You can also go to the feed store and get some of the chicken laying feed(I remember someone on here saying it's the same stuff as the Fluker's Cricket Diet, looks like ground up corn. For my dust, I use Rep-Cal and Herptivite. I wish Herptivite didn't cost $12 but since I don't use it much at all, I guess it's worth it Plus that chicken feed should have extra calcium and nutrients in it since it's for laying chickens. Might be helpful. I love feed stores

On a creepy note, my frog, Murphy, is staring at me... I think he's still hungry. I already gave him about 7-8 mealies... Goofy lil' bugger. His tummy is touching the floor, but yet he's still got that "mom, feed me darnit" look on his face.
