Hoppers are the size of his body though. Should I feed him meals that are larger than him?

Are you looking at the widest part of his body?
Another basic rule of thumb for hatchlings is the prey should weigh 10-15% of the snake's weight. At 113 grams 10% would be 11 grams and 15% would be 17 grams. By following the chart I posted earlier that would fall right into the size that small adult mice are.

Oh wow, I didn't know their meal size went by their weight. I will switch him to small mice, thank you!
