Is the UTH regulated by a thermostat and at about 95F?
If not, shut it off or adjust it until it is.
I'm not seeing any spots that look like scale rot based on these particular pics, so if you're referring to your snake's pinkish belly: that can be a sign of an incoming shed, during which you should aim to have your humidity sitting at 80% for the week or so.

If you're just talking about the pinkness, I'm with hollowlaughter in saying it could just be because of an oncoming she'd. I don't see anything out of the ordinary with the scales.

Mine always gets a pinkish belly when about to head into a shed cycle. As long as you've got a good thermostat it looks like you're doing everything right. Aspen is find for ball pythons.
