My first guess would be that it's husbandry related. Tell us about your setup, the more you tell us, the more we can help you out.
What type/size enclosure are you using?
How are you heating the enclosure? Is your heat regulated by a thermostat?
How and where are you measuring temps? Humidity?
What are your temps? Humidity?
What are you providing for hides, clutter and privacy for the snake?

Also, mice of any size besides adult mice are way too small for your snake.
So let's tackle that next...
