    Some paper towel on eggs

I woke up this morning to 5 eggs and a 6th one being pushed out. After she was done laying the eggs I removed her and put the eggs in the incubator. The only thing is there was some paper towel stuck to the bottom of three of the eggs. I manage to remove what I could with out shifting the eggs but it was hard because the 3 eggs were stuck together on the sides. Should I be concerned about the small bits of paper towel on a few eggs? My main fear was possible mold on the towels down the line. I am using vermaculite with light crate on top so the eggs aren't sitting directly in the substrate.
