Pastel Pied or Pied

I am unsure how to tell the difference between a pied and a pastel pied when they are so small. Are there any major identifiers?

Just by the head blushing id say the two lighter (and higher white) babies are pastel

I would look and focus on the eye stripes, yellow stripe for pastel, brown for normal pied
