I'd get a stack of 3 48"x30"x18" enclosures as it's unlikely the females will ever outgrow them - and if they do it will be so far in the future you probably won't be living in an apartment any more. The 18" height makes it easier to reach into the back corners for cleaning.

Heat using an RHP in each enclosure, one good thermostat can run all three.
